IT'S REALLY TOO LATE TO

use up your Easter eggs but this is a good recipe for :

DOROTHY GRAHAM'S  EGG SALAD

     8 hardboiled eggs, chopped fine
    2 T. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 T. snipped parsley
    1 (3oz.) pkg. creme cheese, softened
    1/4 c. mayo or salad dressing
    1 T. chili sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash pepper
    2 T. chopped pimento

Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Serve on lettuce leaves as a salad , or as a sandwich filling, or on crackers for an appetizer. 

Makes 4 cups.
