The weight of the world is on us each day.
Decisions we make must pave the way,
Shall I wear red, or basic black?
Is my hair okay, should I pull it back?
~
Shall we have eggs to just keep it light
So we can enjoy a big dinner tonight?
Do I answer the phone, or just let it ring?
Shall I keep this old sweater, or give it a fling?
~
When the check we're awaiting arrives in the mail
Should we invest wisely, or head for the sale?
But the biggest decision that we now own
Is what to do with two dogs - and one bone!!
