Who among us has not wished we could take back something we said? Is Wanda Sykes thinking just that after her bashing of Sarah Palin? I doubt it. I am not qualified nor am I interested in making judgements concerning that or the following incidents, but does free speech endorse outright bashing?
Janeane Garofola kind of makes me wonder if she's unintentionally playing the "choking game" because of whatever that is around her neck, and therefore is unable to think clearly. What, for godsake, does she base the Tea Party racist theory on? And the other accusations that she obviously failed to do any research on? The poor woman, she has no idea.
When feminist, Gloria Feldt was on the Factor recently, she called Laura Ingraham "the likes of you" (imagine a snide tone of voice) and said, among other things, that Carrie Prejean was "fair game". WHAT?? Fair game for what, to be lied about, dragged through mud and bashed? Who
would defend Miss Prejean? Apparently not Megan Daum, a columnist for LA Times, who said she couldn't defend her because, quite frankly, there are bigger fish to fry.
